Hi all.
Thanks to everyone who came down to the stripes bar yesterday. We really enjoyed it and we hope that you guys did too.
So were are back in the studio in the next week or so working on the new demo. The tracklisting is as follows..

Both songs can be heard on our set at the moment, so pop along to one of our gigs to get a audio gander at what they sound like.

Afternoon friends and foes..
A big thanks to anyone who was at the BCUC gig at the TO COOL TO SAY HI club night. We had a great time, and hope anyone there enjoyed our set.

Thanks to everyone who came down last night, We really enjoyed it, and we have the bruises and cuts to show it. Were in talks at the moment to get some more gigs and were post them up as soon as things are for def.
In the next few weeks were back into the studio, to record the 2nd demo, Were excited about this, as its going to be a fuck load better than the previous one. Lots of tasty beats, and dangerous bass. Fun all round.

A recent tour into Camden, we stumbled upon a lovely magazine called SPILL.
COMMUNICATION ERROR
"DEMO"
Communication Error is a rare band. Using processed beats coupled with infectious bass grooves fused with discordant free-form guitar playing. They manage to create soundscapes which are not only delightful to listen to but will also get you dancing. That and the fact that they sound unlike anything else i have heard recently, mean that they are a band that people should be looking out for. 82%

We've heard back from Plum Promotions and should hear feedback for our demo in the next few weeks. Also our demo has been sent to many online zines such as Drowned in Sound and radio stations including XFM, Radio 6 and Radio 1 so fingers crossed something good comes out of it!

Hi everyone
As some of you may be aware we are finally sending out demos to the people who have emailed us or sent us messages previously. If you would like a hard copy of the demo (CD-R) you can get in touch by emailing us at: communication_error@hotmail.com. Due to demand, we will now require 50p for postage for the demo to be sent or more depending if you live overseas. Those who are still waiting need not do so as it is in the post.
We have also allowed for both demo tracks - Test Tone and Dubterranea - to be downloaded from this site so you may keep them to play at will. We thoroughly encourage mp3 sharing so please share these tracks and recommend to your friends!

We're working really hard to get this demo ready to hand out so sorry for the wait. The cover is in the process of being made, and we're burning out the discs as we speak.

Just updating to tell you about the gig and some photos taken by our mate Tom.
The band was not totally happy with gig, believing we could have played better. But apart from what we think we have had good feedback from it, we can only take what we learned and improve. So it's all good.

We've been very very busy over the last week and have much to tell you.

It is done at last and we are all very pleased with the result. It's a mixture of urgent futuristic electronic punk and Columbian paranoid dub. Pop along to :

We are playing the college's "partly in the park" tomorrow, giving us the chance to showcase some of our stuff. We've seen the stage and it's looking good. Hopefully all will go well.

So the demo is 98% done. Its in its final touch up and mixdown stage and should be ready very very soon.
A friend of the band is kindly designing artwork for us, so we are looking forward to see what he conjours up.
We have finally designed the bands logo, influenced by the current one, it comes in a stencil form and we may give out free stencils with the demo. We'll see what we can do.
Next week we are playing Amersham college's Partly in the Park.
We've been giving a half an hour slot and the band are looking forward to playing the new material.

So yesterday went well.
We got all the songs down pretty well, with dubterranea in one take.
The band were all very surprised at how fast we got dubterranea down in one take. All agree it is the best performance we have done to date.
The songs should be mixed down over the weekend and next week. Then we should have the finished product. We will keep you informed on how to get the demo etc.
Into the studio again soon. This time to record North by Northeast plus any other tracks we decide.
We wrote two new songs this week.
White lies
Echoes
White lies is a dub track with childlike whistles with a dark emotion and backdrop.
Echoes is a epic guitar based song which features reversed guitar and flanged bass.
